Delete Your Finone AI Account

To delete your Finone AI account and all your personal data, choose one of the two methods below.

Method 1 — In the App (Recommended)

1. Open the Finone AI app
2. Go to Profile → Security & Data
3. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm
4. Your data will be removed within 24 hours

Method 2 — By Email

If you can't access the app, send an email to finonecompany@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". In the body of the email, include the email address linked to your account. You will receive a confirmation within 7 days.

What data will be deleted

Your account, profile, transactions, accounts, debts, categories, contacts, AI chat history, and uploaded images — everything is permanently deleted.

What data is retained

• Anonymized analytics: 24 months (not linked to you)
• Payment history (if you had a premium subscription): 5 years (required by Uzbekistan tax law)
• System logs: 90 days
• Full removal from backups: 30 days
